Washington State Library's collection of a pioneer diary, 1890 Jan.- Mar. 2.

This is the typewritten transcription of what appears to be a diary from a pioneer family living in the Thurston County, WA region for Jan. 1 through Mar. 2, 1890. It is hard to determine whom the diary belonged to because it refers to most people with their initials or first names. The entries describe the weather conditions for the day and the day's activities of the family. It describes where different members of the family and friends traveled around the region.
